What We Do

The Delaware Chapter of the Bar Association is focused on providing CLEs and programs of interest to those who actively practice in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Throughout the year, we offer opportunities to interact with the District Court Judges through “brown bag lunches” and other CLE programs of interest. Our two marquee programs are the Federal Trial Practice Seminar and the Bench and Bar Conference, which are each held every other year.

About Our Group

Our members consist primarily of lawyers who actively practice in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, criminal law, employment law and intellectual property.
