To receive CLE credit in Pennsylvania, the attorney needs to complete the form linked below and submit it along with (1) a copy of the Certificate of Attendance for the Bench & Bar Conference and (2) a check made payable to “PACLE” for $1.50 per credit hour (if you attended all sessions, the fee is $13.50).
